About Payment?
30% deposit, the balance should be paid before shipping. T/T are warmly welcome, other payment terms could be negotiated.
About Product Packaging?
1pc/5-layer export carton, lamp frame K/D packing with Styrofoam inside, other fittings are packed separately with poly bag and foam, every package is offered with English Installation instruction and picture. Your packaging requirement are welcome.
About OEM/ODM?
both services are available.
What certifications have the product passed?
Parts of products has certificated by CE & RoHS, the others have certification of CE/VDE/UL/BIS/SAA/KSC/BS/RoHS for electrical components.
About Lead time?
20-45 days for bulk order and 7~15 days for sample order. It could be negotiated if the order urgent.
Regarding the warranty period?
2 years, free light bulbs are not under warranty.
